Update migration ioctl variable name
The name "MIG" creates confusion with NVIDIA's Multi-Instance GPU (MIG) technology, thus a rename from "MIG" to "MIGRATION" is prudent. Signed-off-by: kharbranth <cityofkharbranth@protonmail.com>
