Matt Bilker 91d0101765 nvidia(ctrla081): move unknown section to end of parent struct 
- This aligns `NVA081_CTRL_VGPU_CONFIG_GET_VGPU_TYPE_INFO_PARAMS` with how
  `NVA081_CTRL_CMD_VGPU_CONFIG_SET_INFO` uses the same
  `NVA081_CTRL_VGPU_CONFIG_INFO` structure.
